Bloom is the daughter of the Village leader (Cacturne) in Mossgrown Village. She is a Shiny Lilligant. Her mother is a normal Lilligant. She is the only person in her village with a two story house. She is friends with Jawze the Gabite(Male), Allen the Aipom(Male), Lime the Maractus(Female), and Lime's cousin Teal the Bulbasaur.
